Before an organization invests in building an innovation system, it is worth establishing where it actually stands. Most know they want to innovate more deliberately; few have an honest, external read of how ideas are generated, evaluated, and carried forward today, or of where the real constraints lie.
The assessment is that read. We examine how innovation works across the organization as it is, not as the org chart describes it, and set the findings against a clear maturity framework so the conclusions are comparable and defensible rather than impressionistic.
