What personal data this site processes, for what purpose and on what legal basis. The site sets no cookies and runs no visitor tracking.
Controller
The controller for this site is the person named in the imprint. For any data-protection request, write to info@apoje.ai.
Contact form
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, organization if given, your message, and the language of the site. We use this only to assess your enquiry and reply to it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding. For data subjects in Türkiye, the corresponding provisions of KVKK Art. 5 apply.
Submissions are retained as email. They are deleted once the correspondence is concluded, subject to statutory commercial and tax retention obligations.
Server logs
The web server keeps technical logs of each visit, containing the IP address, date and time, the requested path, the referring page, and browser and operating-system information. The purpose is the secure and reliable operation of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest. Logs are rotated and deleted shortly afterwards.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, stores no identifiers in your browser, and runs no third-party analytics. No cookie consent is therefore requested.
Processors
The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in data centres in Germany.
Contact-form submissions are delivered as email through Google Workspace and Google Apps Script, processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. This may involve a transfer outside the EEA, carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR, and correspondingly KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability.
Send requests to info@apoje.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent German supervisory authority, or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
