Intrapreneurship: mobilizing your own people
A system needs a channel through which employee ideas become real ventures. Intrapreneurship draws out the entrepreneurial energy already present within the organization, but a single contest is not a program; sustained value comes from structure rather than from events. We define objectives and success measures with sponsors, establish the flow for collecting, selecting, accelerating, and piloting ideas (incorporating ideathon and hackathon formats where they suit), and structure the internal mentor network and evaluation panel that keep it running every cycle.
